Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis South, IN

I've never stayed here, BUT we have many associates from overseas that have brief stays and extended stays. We have never had anything but fantastic service from them. The associates are always happy to stay here and always claim they are treated very well. They enjoy the cleanliness, and breakfast included. The rates are very reasonable and location couldn't be better for us! Great hospitality! The way it should be!

Pros: Convenient location Clean rooms and building Basic necessities like double beds, fridge, microwave Great breakfast eating area Price is okay Cons: Small bathroom Door does not open easily, see picture Tub does drain well, at all You have to ask for room service Update: The owner sent an odd reply to my review. We were not kicked out of the hotel. Okay, please at least read my review before you answer it. We were not kicked out of the hotel. We will be back in this area over the next few years. We will be sure to avoid this hotel.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. I am so upset because I was charged THREE times for my stay last night and the lady at the desk doesn't seem to care. She said that whoever worked last night charged my room for an extra night instead of charging me separately for vending. She said this caused another charge for the room which was just over $136. This same lady charged us another $136 this morning. That 136 and some change x 3!!!! For a one night stay!!!! She refused to call the manager stating that there's no way to get ahold of the him today. I demanded that the manager be contacted today because almost $400 has come out of my bank account so she said he was in a meeting. She then said to call back in a couple of hours and he might be available then. She hung up on me and every time I call she either puts me on hold or hangs up on me. My husband tried to call and she hung up on him, too. I should also mention that this lady told me to call my bank tomorrow and get this taken care of. I am trying to reach their corporate office. I will never stay at this hotel again unless im compensated and refunded. The BBB will be contacted along with the FTC and the attorney General if this doesn't get resolved. I have contacted them all before and they will address any issues you have. It may sound silly and it seemed that the lady I spoke with thought I was overreacting but times are hard for a lot of people and if this has happened to me then I can almost guarantee it's happened to other people. I am staying at the hospital near this hotel with my daughter who is pregnant with triplets and my husband and I got a room since it's nearby and I needed a night in a real bed. I cannot describe the amount of pain I've been having in my neck and shoulders and the fear and stress I'm having for my daughter and grandbabies. I just want my bank account refunded and to talk to the manager!!! I also need this reported to cooperate so that it doesn't happen to anyone else!
